Will I get a report after the home watch inspections?

Yes! We provide a report after each inspection. Should an issues need attention we take pictures, notify you and obtain your approval prior to performing all repairs.

Who handles maintenance calls?

We do! We have prequalified contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc...that we can arrange to have take care of a variety of maintenance issues.
