1. Property Visit 
2. Visual inspection of each level of the house. 
3. HVAC is working properly. 
4. No visible water damage/ leaking pipes. 
5. Access points to property are secure. 
6. Make sure refrigerator/ freezers are working. 
7. Check for any signs of vandalism or break & enter

Upon completion,

clients will receive a follow up 

email to notify them the inspection is complete and detail any issues/concerns.
